JCC Intent to Appoint Notice

The Jefferson County Commission proposes to name persons to serve on the following Authorities, Boards, Commissions, or Committees on Thursday, January 17, 2019, or as soon thereafter as the Commission may decide:

Jefferson County Development Authority Board – unexpired terms ending as follows:

  • one unexpired term for Citizen Representative, ending April 5, 2019
  • one unexpired term for Citizen Representative ending April 5, 2020
  • one unexpired term for Citizen Representative ending April 5, 2021
  • one unexpired term for Labor Representative ending April 5, 2021

The labor representative must be an active member of a labor union. An individual who is employed on an hourly basis is preferred but not required.

Persons who may be interested in the above listed agency should submit a letter of interest and a resume or statement of qualifications to the Jefferson County Commission, P.O. Box 250, Charles Town, WV 25414, no later than 12:00 p.m. the Monday before the proposed date of appointment.
